The Wild Food Cooking School, and the Indigenous Food and Heritage Trail both offer unequalled personal interaction
for guests with New Zealand’s natural heritage and native wilderness. These feature world-class game and trout, and also highlight fruit and vegetables grown on the estate as well as unique native herbs collected from the forest.
